30 days, free, no questions asked. Print the label from your order page and drop it at any carrier point.

Refunds go back to the same card, usually within five business days of the parcel reaching us. Worn or altered pieces are the one exception.

Exchanges

There is no exchange process, on purpose. Return the piece and order the size you want — it is faster than waiting for us to receive one before sending another, and the size you want stays reserved to nobody in the meantime.
